Ceppo Antico Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For five generations from the coast of Liguria in the Italian Riviera, the Marco family has been producing olive oil. Known for its mild climate, in Albenga, Liguria, olives are left to ripen on the tree and are usually harvested in January—which is later than other regions of Italy. Made with Rignola, Colombara and Taggiasca olives, Ceppo Antico is a golden yellow color and has a gentle floral aroma. Close to the French style, this oil is delicate, smooth, and sweet with a faint hint of almond. A well rounded oil, its very nature suggests everyday use.
