Morgenster Extra Virgin Olive Oil South Africa

A blend of five Italian olive cultivars (Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina, Favolosa, and Peranzana), each cultivar adding its own specific character, Morgenster blends the tastes of quality olives, almonds, artichokes, tomatoes, and celery. Stored in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC and covered with a nitrogen blanket, the oil is analyzed and tested for optimum quality before being shipped. Bottled throughout the year as per order, Morgenster uses only dark green glass to protect the product from light and employs a special top which guarantees that the oil inside is Morgenster oil, and not an inferior copy.
