Founded in 1871 in Magreta di Formigine, just a few miles to the north of Modena, the Acetaia-Leonardi is headed by Giovanni Leonardi and his son, Francesco. A testament to their skill and dedication to tradition, the Leonardis’ products are consistently rated outstanding within the Consortium. This enticing 20 year-old vinegar is aged only in cherry wood barrels, which gives it a subtle cherry flavor. Cherry Balsamic can be used to top berries, ice cream, panna cotta, and on pork loin.
